Abacus Lodging Investors LLC was founded in 2008 by Barry Bloom and Andrew Strasser to capitalize on our many years of experience in the lodging investment industry.  While we have served our previous employers well, we feel that now is an opportune time to seek investments on behalf of our partners and ourselves. 

We are seeking lodging investments throughout the United States where our unique skill set can bring additional value throughout the hotel investment process.  We are particularly interested in pursuing transactions where our experience in creative deal structuring and focused asset management can help to achieve premium investment returns.
